•The software is available on Microsoft Azure servers

•Users can use a Windows desktop client or through their browser

•Authentication and authorization is done using Microsoft’s Business to Business Identity Management services.

        User signs-on using their organization’s email account

        A request is made to the organization’s services as to whether that individual is valid             and can access the software.

        A token is returned.

        All multi-factor authentication and Single-Sign-On is done by the processes in place by          the organization
