Three options are available

•Workspace – filename.wsp - Use Workspace.wsp as your main way of keeping your current working information

•PDF - Save your information as a PDF if you want to archive information in a read-only format

•Excel - Use Save As name.xlsx if you would like to transport your data to other applications
