Only the plan administrator can lock and unlock the plan. The plan is locked two weeks from the current date to allow for editing beyond two weeks. When the plan is locked, no one can add, move, or modify any tags in the plan until it is unlocked. This ensures that changes cannot be made without the team’s knowledge and agreement. 

Trades may add or edit tags in the parking lot at any time, including when the plan is locked. Tag status may also be changed while the plan is locked, enabling trades to update the status while in the field and providing visibility into the plan’s progress between weekly team planning sessions.
